All Sail with LUNA charters are private and reserved exclusively for your group.
Cancellations by guests:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. For cancellations made 7–14 days before departure, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but any additional amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
Weather:
Safety and guest comfort are always the priority. If the captain determines that conditions are unsuitable for sailing, including strong winds, thunderstorms, or hazardous sea conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Rescheduling:
Guests may request one courtesy reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before departure will be treated as a cancellation.
Late arrivals:
Charters depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce your time on the water.
Captain’s discretion:
The captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary, delay departure, or return to harbor if conditions change or if necessary for safety or guest comfort.

LUNA accommodates up to six guests per private charter to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience.

Not at all. Guests are welcome to simply relax and enjoy the sail, or take a more hands-on role at the helm if interested.

Yes — families are welcome aboard. Please let us know the ages of any children in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Yes! You're welcome to bring light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please help us keep LUNA clean by avoiding foods that are messy or likely to stain upholstery.

No. Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and the misuse of prescription medications are not permitted aboard any Sail with LUNA charter. Guests who appear impaired before boarding or who violate this policy may be denied boarding or have their charter terminated at the Captain's discretion.

We recommend comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a light jacket, as it is often cooler on the water than ashore.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your charter. Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled charter. Reservations made within 7 days of departure require payment in full.
