Booking & Cancellation Policy
All Sail Mirae charters are private and reserved exclusively for your group.
Cancellations by guest:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Weather:
Safety and guest comfort are always the priority. If conditions are deemed unsuitable for sailing at the captain’s discretion (including strong winds, thunderstorms, or hazardous sea state), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Rescheduling:
Guests may request one courtesy reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Late arrivals:
Charters depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce your time on the water.
Captain’s discretion:
The captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary or return to harbor if conditions change for safety or comfort.

LUNA accommodates up to six guests per private charter to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience.

Not at all. Guests are welcome to simply relax and enjoy the sail, or take a more hands-on role at the helm if interested.

Yes — LUNA is equipped with a private onboard head for guest comfort.

Safety and guest comfort always come first. If conditions are unsuitable for sailing, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or provide a refund when appropriate.

Yes — families are welcome aboard. Please let us know the ages of any children in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
